I care about making a difference.
I know people are trusting me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lifetime and that is something I take very seriously. My customers and clients stay loyal and refer friends & family to me because they know I will always do whatever it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end. In today's market, you need someone who knows what they're doing and will work hard to get the job done. My knowledge of the real estate market, experience, negotiating skills, and ability to listen to clients' needs and desires without imposing my own deadlines or demands keeps me ahead of my competition.

I take extreme pride in my work.
I want no one to ever accuse me of being sloppy or not caring. I won't tell you just anything to get a listing or a sale, nor will I make up any answer to fit an occasion. If I do not already know, I will find out. So if there is something you wish to know, don't hesitate, please contact me. There is never any pressure, and there never will be. You have my word on it!

Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR)

This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer care & services.  The coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyers Agent council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI)

      This is the first designation necessary to achieve the CRS designation.  It too, is a series of educational classes, requires a certain level of production, and establishes the realtor as sincere in his/her efforts to be above average in knowledge of the industry

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)

The highest designation a residential realtor can achieve.  Designees must meet increased production levels.  They are mandatory requirements and classes each realtor must establish as a core body of knowledge.  The most successful realtors have embraced the concept of being a business within a business. 
Only 4% of the Realtors nation wide has earned this accreditation.
